Terese Connolly presented at the International Forum of Senior Executive Advisors (IFSEA) at Saddlers’ Hall in London. Her session, “Executive Relationships at Work – Ban, Boundaries, or Blind Eye,” focused on whether relationships with colleagues, clients, vendors or competitors will ever be appropriate or safe. She discussed how employers can manage workplace risks and conflicts of interest, what should workplace relationship protocols and policies look like to reflect reality, and how far they should go to ban or place boundaries on workplace romance.
