2023 Cyber Risk Insights Conference

Scott Godes was a panelist at the 2023 Cyber Risk Insights Conference at the New York Marriott Marquis in New York City. Along with his co-panelists, he delivered the presentation “Cyber Litigation to Watch,” which covered key aspects of cyber litigation, including contractual liability, court interpretations of policy language, contentious areas and emerging trends in the field. Scott was joined by Claudia McCarron of Mullen Coughlin, Joan D'Ambrosio of Atheria Law, Jill Fertel of Cipriani & Werner and Justin Tivey of DAC Beachcroft.
