USPTO Sequence Listing Rules
Alice Martin helped organize and participated as a speaker in an American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) webinar, “USPTO Sequence Listing Rules,” to alert practitioners about the new international rules taking effect July 1 for submission of amino acid and nucleic acid sequences in patent applications. The other speakers were from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). It was a virtual webinar with 101 participants.
