Mark Stignani presented an on-demand webinar, “Proposed 2022 UCC Amendments on Digital Assets and Transactions,” through the National Business Institute. Mark’s presentation focused on the newly drafted Article 12, which attempts to clear up ambiguities with cryptocurrency and non-fungible tokens (NFTs), what is changing in Articles 3 and 9, how the new proposed Article 12 theoretically will work with the others, and the other state and federal laws that should be accounted for with clients’ UCC work.
