PFAS and Beyond: Emerging Contaminants Regulation, Litigation, Recent Science, Risks, and Liabilities

Charlie Denton presented a national CLE course sponsored by Strafford, “PFAS and Beyond: Emerging Contaminants Regulation, Litigation, Recent Science, Risks, and Liabilities.” Charlie’s presentation focused on emerging contaminant litigation and risk management (insurance). The program provided environmental professionals with an overview of the recent science related to PFAS with comparisons to other emerging contaminants, discussions of recent cases and recently enacted legislation that will impact the regulation and liability of these emerging contaminants, and the focus on the rapidly developing regulatory environment and its impact on clients across industries.
