Key Changes to EPA’s Multi-Sector General Permit (MGSP), Opportunities for further Engagement and recent Updates

Jeffrey Longsworth spoke at the 33rd Annual AFS Environmental, Health & Safety Conference in Birmingham, Alabama. The first presentation, “Key Changes to EPA’s Multi-Sector General Permit (MGSP), Opportunities for further Engagement and recent Updates.” Jeff was the keynote speaker and discussed the recent changes to EPA’s industrial stormwater discharge requirements and the legal challenges to the new MGSP. Jeff also spoke once more on “Understanding PFAS from a Foundry Perspective,” during which he provided updates on PFAS regulatory, legislative and policy developments and the potential impacts on the metalcasting industry.
