Maybe now more than ever, employers are faced with multiple moving targets in their employee handbooks. COVID-19 has raised new issues and given new urgency to old issues. State and local governments continue to put their own spins on employment laws, making it increasingly unlikely that employers can roll out single handbooks without accounting for such variations.

This webinar will focus on the “hottest” policies for 2021 and 2022 – including infectious diseases, drug testing (and how employers deal with medical marijuana), discrimination policies in light of the ever-growing body of protected classes, and remote work – and prepare attendees to scrutinize their own policies and monitor developments that may drive change.
