Laws on Drugs, Sex & Power

Jeanine Gozdecki addressed the Elkhart Rotary Club on developing employment laws affecting businesses. Providing a legal update on Laws on Drugs, Sex & Power, Jeanine talked about legal changes addressing recreational and medicinal use of marijuana, the U.S. Supreme Court’s consideration of transgender and sexual orientation protections in the workplace, and the changes in state laws affecting non-compete agreements and restrictive covenants.
