Jordan Carr attended the Novogradac 2019 Credit and Bond Financing for Affordable Housing Conference at the JW Marriott in New Orleans. Jordan spoke on a panel, “The Future is RAD,” which discussed how the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) works, including the pluses and minuses of being part of the program.
