Real Talk: Discussing the Internal Barriers to Inclusion in Law Firms and Corporate Legal Departments

On Jan. 31, Alan Mills of the Indianapolis office served as a moderator at the sold-out 32nd Annual Corporate Counsel Conference of the National Bar Association’s The Commercial Law Section in Orlando, Florida. He moderated the panel “Real Talk: Discussing the Internal Barriers to Inclusion in Law Firms and Corporate Legal Departments” in which panelists candidly looked at the inner workings of law firms and corporate legal departments and its effect on diversity and inclusion initiatives.
