Public Company Board Service: Overview and Recent Developments Impacting Directors’ Duties

This program will discuss the fiduciary duties that are applicable to directors of corporations, focusing on variations between Delaware law and the laws regarding director duties and standards of care in other states. The program also will discuss practical situations where director duties arise, and best practices for counsel advising boards on their fiduciary duties.
