National Business Aviation Association Business Aviation Taxes Seminar

Todd Dixon of the Grand Rapids office spoke at the National Business Aviation Association’s (NBAA) Business Aviation Taxes Seminar on May 2 in Marina del Rey, California. Todd spoke on leasing structures and associated risks, including how a lack of understanding of proper structuring is resulting in a major crack-down by the FAA and IRS on alleged “illegal charter” operations.
