Join us for a crash course on the top tips for drafting position statements to the EEOC and local and state civil rights agencies. We will walk through the initial analysis of the charge to identify and outline what to investigate and how to be efficient in doing so. We will then discuss problems to avoid, how to identify and convey the strongest response, and what the agencies are looking for in a position statement.
