Association of National Advertisers Brand Activation Legal Committee Meeting

On Feb. 28, Olivia Clavio of the Indianapolis office and Jon Froemel and Philip Jones of the Chicago office spoke during the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) Brand Activation Legal Committee meeting. They presented on Federal Trade Commission updates, state law cases and updates, National Advertising Division (NAD) and Electronic Retailing Self-Regulation Program (ERSP) cases, and false advertising case updates.
