SPEAKERS
The latest event of the year aimed at the IBGC Certified Board of Directors community will address compliance and business monitoring issues, increasingly relevant to the corporate governance system of organizations.
The importance of the board of directors and senior management discussing compliance from two points of view will be discussed: ethical deliberation and dissemination of values against misconduct intrinsic to the organizational culture.
In addition, an actual monitoring case will be presented, including testimonials from the monitor and the monitored, exemplifying one of the consequences of non-compliance. The discussion will be the basis for reflection on the role of the board of directors in ensuring that this process can positively influence the culture and professional attitude of the institution.
