The EU implemented its new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) approximately two months ago on May 25, 2018.

The GDPR are the primary regulations addressing the collection and use of personal data about EU citizens. These new regulations, which apply to all organizations no matter where they are located in the world that come into contact with personal information about EU residents, are already having a substantial impact on the way organizations are managing their collection and use of personal information.

This webinar will provide an update on what we’ve learned since the GDPR’s implementation, and how U.S.-based non-profit and meeting industry organizations can take steps to comply with the GDPR.

Webinar topics will include:

1. What we’ve seen in initial GDPR implementation, enforcement and litigation
2. How non-profits can comply with GDPR – sorting out between legitimate interest and consent and the use of data protection agreements
3. Answer your GDPR questions

Location: Webinar
