Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission and the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor - “Bailly, Marble Hill and Beyond: Historical Perspectives That Shaped Indiana’s Regulatory Landscape”

Parvin Price of the Indianapolis office participated in a CLE presentation on Dec. 13 created for the staffs of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission and the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor. The presentation, “Bailly, Marble Hill and Beyond: Historical Perspectives That Shaped Indiana’s Regulatory Landscape,” was part of a half-day CLE seminar sponsored by the Indiana State Bar Association. Parvin was joined on the panel by retired Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Randall Shepard and Jack Wickes, a prominent Indiana attorney retired from Lewis Kappes. Bailly and Marble Hill are each cancelled Indiana nuclear power plants.
