Attorney Presentation - Zarda v. Altitude Express
Bill Nolan of the Columbus office presented on Nov. 2 to the Ohio Management Lawyers Association (OMLA) on Zarda v. Altitude Express and other judicial activity on the question of whether Title VII prohibits discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation. The OMLA is a statewide organization of senior management side labor and employment lawyers of which Bill is former chair.
