Dawn Rosemond of the Fort Wayne office spoke during a networking event, “REIGNclass ‘Quit’ ‘Big Talk’ About Getting Out of Our Way,” on Sept. 14 in the firm’s Minneapolis office. Dawn discussed what “boss presence” is, the fact that we all have it, the importance of owning it, and the obligation as women in leadership to purposefully “rock it,” as she says, at work and beyond.
