Attorney Presentation - “Analysis of the Recent Largest Verdicts and What It Means for the Industry”

Sarah Johnston of the Los Angeles office presented on the main stage of American Conference Institute’s (ACI) 22nd Annual Conference on Drug & Medical Device Litigation in New York City on Dec. 6. ACI is one of the two annual high-impact conferences in the pharmaceutical area and is sponsored by Barnes & Thornburg. A team from the firm and several hundred drug and device defense lawyers listened as Sarah presented “Analysis of the Recent Largest Verdicts and What It Means for the Industry,” which looked at the impact of the recent large verdicts on the way pharmaceutical and medical devices manufacturers approach litigation.
