• Understand the tools for assessing (with limited internal resources) vendor cybersecurity risk, negotiating agreement provisions affecting data security more effectively, and conducting vendor audits (to show that you actually do audit vendors) 
• Where your organization is a vendor/service provider, learn how to shift and minimize risk in agreements 

Cyber insurance: 

• Ways to structure policies and language, what coverages you should consider buying, and coverage exclusions/limitations to avoid 
• How effective carriers have been at paying claims and covering losses and lessons from coverage denials
