Attorney Presentation - "The Yates Memo: A Lawyer's Professional Responsibility"

Katie Matsoukas of the Indianapolis office spoke on a panel during a webinar entitled "The Yates Memo: A Lawyer's Professional Responsibility" on Dec. 14. The webinar, hosted by the Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI) and moderated by Jon Smollen, director of the Center for Compliance and Ethics at Beasley School of Law, Temple University, addressed some of the ethical concerns, including the impacts of the Yates memo on work-product, attorney-client privilege, corporate investigations, and defense of a company and its employees.
