Attorney Presentation - "Recent Employment and Labor Developments"

Jeanine Gozdecki of the South Bend office spoke to the Recreational Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) Lawyers Committee at its fall meeting in Savannah, Georgia. Jeanine provided continuing legal education to industry counsel about recent employment and labor developments -- including the Department of Labor's upcoming changes to the rules governing overtime, new OSHA regulations, as well as addressing medical conditions and leave in the workplace. Glenn Killoren of the Elkhart office chairs the RVIA Lawyers' Committee. The firm represents multiple clients (including manufacturers and suppliers) in the RV Industry.
