Attorney Presentation - "National Foundation for Judicial Excellence's Annual Symposium"

Mark Crandley of the Indianapolis office moderated a panel discussion on constitutional law at the National Foundation for Judicial Excellence's annual symposium in Chicago. In addition to Mark, the panel featured two state supreme justices and a Berkley law school professor. The panel focused on the interrelationship between state and federal constitutions and different methodologies available for construing constitutions. The symposium is an annual event that draws appellate judges and appellate lawyers from around the country. Mark has served as a member of the steering committee for the symposium for the past four years.
