Attorney Presentation - Manufacturers' Education Council's 25th Annual Sustainability and Environmental, Health & Safety Symposium

Tony Sullivan and Cheryl Gonzalez of the Indianapolis office presented at the Manufacturers' Education Council's 25th Annual Sustainability and Environmental, Health & Safety Symposium held in Cincinnati on March 22-23. The EHS Symposium covers issues relevant to manufacturers and environmental consultants from Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. Tony's session, "Air Quality & Regulatory Issues in the Hoosierland," analyzed the Indiana Department of Environmental Management's enforcement actions taken with respect to air quality, and provided an update regarding air quality and regulatory issues that impact businesses, including SIP development and permitting issues. Cheryl spoke during the session entitled "Current Trends in Indiana & Kentucky Environmental Enforcement" regarding current enforcement initiatives, tips to avoid enforcement and strategies to successfully resolve enforcement actions with state and federal agencies.
