Attorney Presentation - "Construction, Design, and Environmental Problems in Municipal Facilities: How to Avoid Them, Investigate Them, and Resolve Them"

On March 24, attorneys from the Construction Law Practice Group partnered with engineering and architecture firm Wiss Janney Elstner Associates to present "Construction, Design, and Environmental Problems in Municipal Facilities: How to Avoid Them, Investigate Them, and Resolve Them," a three-hour CLE geared toward municipalities. Clif Shapiro of the Chicago office moderated the program that featured presentations by Jeff Longsworth of the Washington, D.C., office and Tom Engle and Kari Jackson of the Indianapolis office. The seminar also included a roundtable discussion that featured Tim Abeska of the South Bend office.
