State Bar of Michigan Environmental Law Section Seminar

Tammy Helminski of the Grand Rapids office moderated a State Bar of Michigan Environmental Law Section webinar titled "2014 Update on Michigan's Brownfields Program" on March 25. The webinar presented information about the statutory and programmatic changes being considered for how brownfield redevelopment is funded in Michigan. Tammy is an elected member of the Michigan Environmental Law Section Council and serves as vice-chair of the Hazardous Substances & Brownfields Committee. This webinar was organized by her committee as a service to bar association members.
