Bill Nolan of the Columbus office made three presentations in mid-October. First, he presented "Bonds Crossing Borders: Drafting One Noncompete When There Are 50 Sets of Rules" at the 50th Annual Midwest Labor Law Conference in Columbus, which was attended by more than 500 lawyers. Second, Bill provided a labor and employment update to the Eastern Indiana Human Resources Association in Richmond, focusing on topics including the important wage/hour case currently pending before the U.S. Supreme Court. Finally, he co-presented a webinar on the many legal issues relating to employees' use of social media.
