ABA Environmental Litigation Regional CLE panel

Charlie Denton of the Grand Rapids office moderated an ABA Environmental Litigation Regional CLE panel on July 24 in Washington, D.C. Panelists were a Miami international arbitration lawyer, the former Dole Foods in-house litigation counsel and the Earth Rights International litigation director. The presentation was entitled "Chevron/Ecuador Litigation - Lessons Learned." Approximately 50 lawyers from the greater DC area attended, including many U.S. EPA/DOJ counsel.
