USCIS Invites Ukrainian Citizens to Apply for Re-Parole

On Feb. 27, 2024, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced the expansion of its re-parole program to include eligible Ukrainian citizens and their immediate family members who are physically present in the United States. As of February 24, 2024, Ukrainian citizens and their immediate family members paroled into the United States on or after February 11, 2022, are eligible to apply for re-parole enabling them to temporarily live and work in the U.S.
