Yesterday, Indiana Governor Mike Pence signed House Enrolled Act 1019 which ended the common construction wage (also known as the “prevailing wage”) in Indiana. The bill passed the Senate by a vote of 27-22 and carried in the House by a vote of 54-40. A full copy of the bill can be found here.
