Union Challenges Indiana's Right-To-Work Law on Constitutional Grounds

The Indianapolis Business Journal is reporting that the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 150 has filed a complaint in federal court challenging Indiana’s new right-to-work law on constitutional grounds.
