Indiana Senate Passes Right-to-Work Legislation

The Indiana Senate just passed the controversial right-to-work legislation by a vote of 28-22. The bill now heads to Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels, who will undoubtedly sign it. In response, hundreds of union members disrupted Super Bowl festivities by marching on downtown Indianapolis. The Indiana Business Journal’s story can be accessed here.
