BTPride is Barnes & Thornburg’s talent resource group spearheaded by our teammates who identify as members of the LGBTQ+ community aimed at educating, driving awareness and promoting meaningful relationships and cultural understanding of the LGBTQ+ experience (both within the firm and beyond). All BT teammates are welcome (and indeed, encouraged) to join and participate.

Key Initiatives: 

• Educational sessions and other programming to promote inclusion and awareness 
• Sharing experiences around coming out, allyship and community 
• Active participation in pride celebrations and community engagement
