BTParents is Barnes & Thornburg’s talent resource group spearheaded by a collective of caring team BT parents aimed at providing a vital support network for teammates navigating parenting and caregiving responsibilities alongside professional demands. Through specialized subgroups—Blended Families, Grandparents and Caregivers, Special Needs, Infants and Return to Work, and Toddlers—BTParents offers tailored resources, meaningful connections and dedicated support for parents and caregivers of all kinds. All BT teammates are welcome (and indeed, encouraged) to join and participate.
