BTLatinx is Barnes & Thornburg’s talent resource group spearheaded by our Hispanic and Latinx teammates aimed at educating, driving awareness and promoting meaningful relationships and cultural understanding of the Hispanic and Latinx experience (both within the firm and beyond). All BT teammates are welcome (and indeed, encouraged) to join and participate.

Key Initiatives: 

• Panel discussions and other educational programming to promote and champion inclusive practices relative to work and other advancement opportunities
• Curating firmwide celebrations around Hispanic heritage month and other cultural events 
• Advocacy for community involvement and pro bono leadership
