BTInterfaith is Barnes & Thornburg’s talent resource group spearheaded by teammates of different faiths, aimed at providing a space for shared learning, community and dialogue around faith.  All BT teammates are welcome (and indeed, encouraged) to join and participate.

Key Initiatives: 

• Quarterly discussions led by a BT teammate on a topic bridging multiple faith traditions. Prior topics have explored the roles of prayer, fasting, and music in different teammates’ practice, and faith and politics.  
• Cultural programming to recognize holidays across faiths
• Resources, internal advocacy and education surrounding the needs of faith communities within the firm
