As we predicted, the Biden National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has been busy dismantling some of the key decisions from the Trump NLRB.

In addition, NLRB General Counsel Jennifer Abruzzo continues to set forth an aggressive pro-labor agenda – going far beyond anything many of us expected.

As union organizing petitions continue to increase by more than 50 percent since 2021, the NLRB has returned to in-person union elections. What does all this mean for employers? Please join us for an informative labor law update on what’s happening with the NLRB and union organizing.

1.0 hour CLE credit and 1.0 hour of HRCI credit pending. This program is valid for 1.0 PDCs for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®.
