Tammy Helminski of the Grand Rapids office presented at the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Michigan program "A River Runs Through It" at Founder's Brewing Company in Grand Rapids on Sept. 26. The half-day program focused on three past, present and future projects in Michigan, using water as a focus for economic and community development: Arcadia Creek in Kalamazoo, the Clinton River in Pontiac, and the Grand River in Grand Rapids. Tammy presented on "The Daylighting of the Clinton River" as a follow-up to her previous ULI Larsen Center for Leadership participation. The program was attended by approximately 40 real estate and land-use professional from all across the state.
