ABA Forum on the Construction Industry

On Oct. 17, Clifford Shapiro of the Chicago office spoke at the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry's fall meeting in Chicago. He spoke about insurance coverage for defective construction to members of Division 7, which focuses on construction claims and issues related to subcontractors and suppliers. The presentation included Clif's analysis and 50-state survey about the important "occurrence" issue, and recent state supreme court decisions that have cited and quoted Clif's articles.
