On Dec. 13, Trace Schmeltz of the Chicago office and Jared Applegate of the Indianapolis office and BT ValueWorks participated in a panel discussion on pricing, profitability, and project management at an event hosted by Sandpiper Partners, a global consulting company. Trace and Jared focused on what law firms are doing in the space to align with client demands for value. The conference was held at the Willis Tower in Chicago.
