On July 16, Paula Goedert and Barbara Dunn of the Chicago office presented a lively and informative “Contracts 101” session for a large group of association executives in Chicago and via videoconference in Washington, D.C. The program focused on best practices for managing the common traps awaiting in contracts. This is a first in a series of monthly legal education programs Paula and Barbara will present for the staff of a nationwide association management company.
