- Complaints to the Department of Education's Center for Exceptional Learners.
We also provide client counseling, conduct compliance audits, develop and revise policies to comply with best practices, and train personnel on a variety of topics, including eligibility matters, due process hearing avoidance, manifestation determinations and resolution sessions.
