Blockchain Regulation and Criminal Law

On Nov. 9, 2018, Michael Baumert of the Chicago office participated on a panel at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago discussing risks, challenges, and opportunities related to blockchain. Particularly, Michael discussed the applications of Smart Contracts and the regulatory and jurisdictional uncertainty related to the blockchain technology during a session on “Blockchain Regulation and Criminal Law.”
