Don Lundberg of the Indianapolis office continued his end-of-year ethics CLE presentations. On Nov. 14, he made a presentation at Valparaiso University for the Northwest Indiana Volunteer Lawyers entitled "Pro Bono Reporting and Advertising Update" as part of a day-long CLE program for lawyers in northwest Indiana who provide pro bono legal services. On Nov. 21, Don made a presentation on "Public Defender Ethics" as part of a half-day seminar conducted by the Tippecanoe County Public Defender's Office in Lafayette, a client he serves as outside ethics adviser. But wait, there's more! On Nov. 25, Don was a panelist for an Indianapolis Bar Association seminar entitled "What If Don Sterling Were an Indiana Lawyer?" This presentation focuses on Indiana's Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4(g), which prohibits lawyers from engaging in conduct manifesting bias or prejudice on account of race, gender, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, age, socioeconomic status or similar factors.
