Chicago Environmental Bankers' Association Roundtable

Michael Elam spoke to the Chicago Environmental Bankers' Association Roundtable on April 22 concerning environmental and energy issues and opportunities the impact financial institutions, capital markets and clients. The issues ranged from current and anticipated regulatory requirements and initiatives directly impacting financial institutions operations to issues in transactional documents, project finance and opinion letters. The association is comprised of a range of financial institutions with diverse approaches and staffing levels.
