Economic Development Director Course

Richard Starkey of the Indianapolis office spoke on tax increment financing and tax abatement as a faculty member for the inaugural Economic Development Director Course in Bloomington, Indiana, sponsored by the Indiana Economic Development Association. The course is limited to 30 participants and will be an annual event for economic development directors throughout the state. It is intended to be an advanced course for economic directors in order for them to obtain training in incentives for their local economic development organizations.
