Fred Andes and Jeff Longsworth spoke at the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries 2021 Annual Virtual Convention and Exposition. Their presentation focused on the 2021 Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) for industrial stormwater discharges, which was issued by EPA on Jan. 15, 2021, and went into effect on March 1.
