The theme of Barnes & Thornburg's 2019-2020 Diversity and Inclusion winter publication is “The Gift of Inclusion.” In the publication's opening letter, Director of Diversity, Professional Development and Inclusion Dawn R. Rosemond emphasizes how focusing on this gift can have a powerful, lasting and positive impact.
