Corporate Governance for Nonprofits

Julie Veldman Harris of the Columbus office joined with in-house counsel from Nationwide Children's Hospital and Nationwide Insurance to present a legal education program to Central Ohio nonprofit executives on "Corporate Governance for Nonprofits" on Nov. 19. The presentation was followed by pro bono advice sessions involving volunteer lawyers from in-house legal departments and certain agencies.
